24 is an ambitious and transformative campus nestled in the Chatsworth neighborhood of Los Angeles. The centerpiece of the 24-acre site is a building formerly used as the printing facility of the Los Angeles Times. The existing 255,000 square-foot building has been repurposed to house MGA Entertainment, an international toy company, and serve as its corporate and design headquarters, complete with creative office and a full-scale production studio. Surrounding the existing building are four apartment buildings, comprising 660 units, and countless interconnected public amenity spaces including a retail plaza, village green, 'arroyo seco', boardwalk, dog park, and amphitheater to name a few.
