Uncommon plans mixed-use apartment building at 7771 W Beverly Boulevard

In 2019, Los Angeles-based development firm Uncommon secured approvals for a mixed-use apartment building in Beverly Grove. The company is now trying to a second, near identical project a few blocks to the east.

The proposed project, slated for a corner lot at 7771 W. Beverly Boulevard, calls for razing three commercial buildings to the clear the way for a new five-story apartment building featuring 53 residential units with 1,694 square feet of ground-level retail space and parking for 32 vehicles.
